The Texas Bluebonnet Award is a project of the Texas Library Association created to encourage a love of voluntary reading. Each year students across the state choose a top title from 20 nominees to win the Bluebonnet Award.
It's easy to participate - just read or listen to five books from the 2010-2011 Reading List and complete a quick Bluebonnet Book Review online to earn credit for each book. Choose the books you like best from the 20 nominees - or read them all. Complete your reviews by January 25, 2011 to earn an invitation to the Bluebonnet Voting Celebration - a special activity at school. We hope to see you there!
